Founded in 2018, CInMee began with a simple belief: confidence has the power to transform lives.
What started as a vision to inspire self-worth and empowerment has evolved into a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating opportunities for growth, leadership, and community connection.
In October 2023, CInMee officially became a nonprofit, marking a new chapter in our commitment to meaningful and lasting impact.

Meet The Founder
CInMee was founded by Dapheney “Daph” Scott, a Brooklyn native with more than 16 years of experience in youth and community development. Throughout her career, Daph has remained passionate about helping people recognize their value, build confidence, discover their strengths, and gain access to meaningful opportunities.
That passion led to the creation of CInMee in 2018.
What began as a vision centered on empowering young women has grown into a broader mission to build confidence, cultivate leadership, strengthen communities, and create meaningful experiences that help people feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Today, CInMee brings that mission to life through community programs, partnerships, events, outreach, and experiences designed to create lasting impact.
