CInMee is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering young women from underserved communities. Founded in 2018, our mission is to inspire and support these young women in building self-confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of self-worth. In a world where encouragement and guidance can make all the difference, we provide the tools, resources, and mentorship necessary for young women to overcome challenges and thrive.

Meet the Founder
Dapheney 'Daph' Scott, born and raised in the inner city of Brooklyn, NY. In her 15+ years of youth & community development experience, she took notice to the effects the media has on our youth and their mental health. The decline in their mental health directly affected their self confidence which in turn, affected all facets of their lives. Determined to help young women with their pursuit of self betterment, CInMee was born. She leads her brand with goals to inspire youth to always keep their head up, standards met & confidence high!

Youth Mentorship
This program offers structured group sessions designed to empower young women in Title 1 schools by fostering leadership skills, self-confidence, and resilience. The program provides a supportive group environment where participants can engage in interactive workshops, peer discussions, and collaborative activities. The focus is on building self-esteem, leadership potential, and a strong sense of community among young women. Topics might include self-advocacy, conflict resolution, goal-setting, and overcoming challenges in school and beyond.
Career Exploration & Readiness
This program is designed to introduce young women in underserved communities to a wide range of career opportunities, while equipping them with the essential skills they need for the future workforce. Through a combination of group workshops, hands-on activities, and exposure to professionals from diverse industries, participants will learn about various career paths, build job-readiness skills, and gain the confidence to pursue their ambitions. The program also includes practical training in resume writing, interview techniques, and networking, helping students prepare for internships, part-time jobs, or college applications.
Community Connection
This program is dedicated to bringing young women and their families together through fun, engaging, and meaningful community events. By hosting holiday celebrations, block parties, and other cultural or seasonal gatherings, we create opportunities for young women to connect with their peers, celebrate their heritage, and build a sense of pride and belonging in their community. These events also provide a safe and supportive environment where young women can engage in positive activities, make lasting memories, and strengthen relationships with mentors, peers, and neighbors.
